Photos and complex artwork with lots of colours or tones and fine lines are printed onto vinyl which is laminated and then applied to the flat area of the wheelcover disk.
We strive to achieve the best quality possible so that your designs are admired while you are on the go. The print is laminated for extra protection against scratching and UV fading, and each product that makes its way through our workshop is checked over and signed off before being delivered to you.

Photo and Art Work Specifications
- Artwork should be sent to us in the following formats: tiff, bitmap, jpg or pdf files.
- Digital images need to be large enough to print at a size of 800mm For a good result the image needs to be at least 2500 pixels in diameter (you can check this on your photo software). It is worth noting that the quality of the printing can only be as good as the artwork we receive.
- If images are sent to us as 'print ready', then they are printed exactly as they are sent to us. For example, if you send us a design on a white background, it will be printed with a white background. If you need us to assist you with making changes to your artwork, our designers can usually help for a small additional artwork charge. If you need support in creating a design, just ask; our team are on hand to help!

Our wrapped wheel cover designs cover the whole wheel cover disk - curve and all - which has a fantastic impact for both business and personalised spare wheel covers. Expertly crafted by our vinyl applicator for a seamless finish, your spare wheel will get quite the make over with one of these in tow.
At WheelCover.com, we choose to wrap the disks sewing the soft vinyl fabric skirt into place - helping us to achieve the perfect wheel cover for you. The vinyl is also laminated for extra protection and longer life, a quality stage of our process for the longevity of your wheel cover.
These wheel covers have a stand out appearance. We print the image or artwork onto a special vinyl which, with the help of heat, wraps the whole disk including the outer curve with an enviable smoothness. On this type of vinyl we laminate the surface as standard so there are no extra lamination costs. The lamination helps protect the surface against scratching and fading.
It is possable to cut a camera hole in the centre of the wheel cover.

Skirt Colours
The soft vinyl fabric used to make the skirts which fit snugly around the tyre is black as standard.
However six other colours are available - Grey, Barley, Navy, Green,Brown and Wine - for an extra £12.
Soft Wheel Covers with Printed Design
As well as full colour hard disk wheel covers, we can create custom soft wheel covers will full colour printed designs. Cost depends on tyre size and whether or not you can provide ready to print artwork. For text only covers the lettering can be any colour as can the background.
An advantage of a soft cover is that our seamstresses can make them to any size.
